Dosage:- 5-6 gm for adults, 2-3 gm for children with luke warm water or as directed by the  

               physician.

In conclusion the ingredients present in the proof of conception are as per mentioned in the Anaha (constipation HR), Vibandha (constipation), Bala malavarodha (infantile constipation) Rogadhikar (according to Ayurved Pharmacopoeia of India).
